St. Mary’s Episcopal Day School was  founded in 1964 during the rectorship of  the Reverend H. Donald Keeling, Jr. .  It  specifically addressed the need for early  childhood education which was not provided by the public schools. Members of  the first classes of the school are still  members of the church, and their children  have attended our school, which includes  18 months to Kindergarten, as well as an  Ex‐tended Day Program.  The Day School is open to all children who  meet its basic academic standards.  A  scholarship program helps support stu‐ dents who might not otherwise be able to  attend.
